Mr. VA Phoswa is the founder of the company and has been serving as an Executive Chairman since the company’s inception in 2010. As a qualified Mechanical Engineer, he has been involved in the industry for over 15 years. 

Velaphi holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Durban University of Technology and he obtained a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) through the Department of Labour in the Republic of South Africa. Also, he is a Professional Engineer he holds the Professional Engineering Technologist from Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He also a member of The SA Institution of Mechanical Engineering (SAIMechE).

Mr. Phoswa has earned a lot of respect and admiration for several decision-makers in the industries he operates in as a very hands-on and strategic manager. His dedication to the business, coupled with his commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, has been remarkable.
